BACKGROUND
PURPOSE
To make the conference more interactive, DTSE chose to hire mmd Consulting. We worked with the Quick Style Indicator, played What Would You Say? among other exercises.
IMPLEMENTATION
Together with DTSE mmd Consulting, we did a project where we adapted the game completely to DTSE’s wishes. The game dealt with leadership-, team- and sales issues.
